At OH SH*T! KICKS, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Refund Policy explains our return and refund procedures.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In original packaging (if applicable)
- Not damaged or altered in any way
2. Eligible Returns
Full Refund or Exchange:
- Defective products (manufacturing defects)
- Wrong item shipped
- Significantly different from description
- Damaged during shipping (must report within 48 hours of delivery)
Store Credit Only:
- Change of mind (customer preference)
- Wrong size ordered (see sizing guide note below)
- Color different than expected
⚠️ IMPORTANT SIZING NOTE: Our slides run SMALL. You must SIZE UP ONE FULL SIZE. If you order your normal size and it doesn't fit, this is considered a sizing error on your part and is only eligible for store credit, not refund. Please read our size guide carefully before ordering!
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are NOT eligible for return:
- Items worn, used, or washed
- Items without original tags
- Items damaged by customer
- Items returned after 30-day window
- Final sale items (marked as such)
4. Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us
Before returning any item, you must contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number:

- Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable
Step 2: Ship Your Return
- Include RA number in package
- Ship to address provided in RA confirmation
- Keep tracking number for your records
- Package items securely to prevent damage
Step 3: Inspection
- We inspect returned items within 2-3 business days of receipt
- Items must meet return eligibility criteria
- We'll notify you of inspection results
5. Return Shipping Costs
We Pay Return Shipping:
- Defective products
- Wrong item sent
- Our error
You Pay Return Shipping:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size ordered (your error)
- Color preference
Return shipping cost: Approximately $10-15 USPS
6. Refund Processing
Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Method: Refunds issued to original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days to appear
- PayPal: 2-3 business days
- Cryptocurrency: Within 24 hours
Amount:
- Original purchase price (minus return shipping if customer's error)
- Original shipping costs NOT refunded (unless our error)
7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Different size (subject to availability)
- Different color (subject to availability)
- Defective items
To request an exchange, contact us with your order number and preferred exchange.
8. Defective Products
If you receive a defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the defect
- We'll provide return label or replacement
- Full refund or free replacement
9. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Lost Packages:
- Must file claim within 30 days of expected delivery
- We'll work with carrier to locate package
- Refund or replacement issued after investigation
Damaged Packages:
- Inspect package upon delivery
- Refuse damaged packages or note damage with carrier
- Contact us with photos within 48 hours
- We'll file claim and send replacement
10. Customs and Duties
- We are not responsible for customs fees or import duties
- Packages seized by customs are not eligible for refund
- Check your country's import laws before ordering
11. Store Credit
Store credit issued for change-of-mind returns:
- Valid for 12 months from issue date
- Can be used on future purchases
- Non-transferable
- No cash value
12. Cancellations
Before Shipping: Contact us immediately to cancel. Full refund if not yet processed.
After Shipping: Follow return process above. Return shipping costs apply.
13. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if:
- Item returned without original packaging
- Item shows signs of use
- Tags have been removed
- Item returned damaged (not our fault)

15. Final Notes
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet our policy
